Though I Have Marked Delivery As Being A Little La
Though I have marked delivery as being a little late, this can be pinned on having ordered over the Christmas period and therefore understandable. Other than that, however, the customer service was good with prompt email replies, whilst the phone itself is as advertised on the website. The box was not sealed but all of its contents look unused - presumably the box was opened so the phone could be unlocked. Furthermore, with the price of the Genio Slide being noticeable lower than either Play or Amazon, it is good value for money too.

I Am Disabled And Could Not Use The Phone I Bought
I am disabled and could not use the phone I bought so had to return it. John at 1st mobile was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they even changed it for a better model that was easier for me to use at no more cost. I found them to be lovely people to deal with, can happily recommend to everybody. Mrs. R. Wood.

Avoid This Outfit Like The Plague! Paid For A Ph
Avoid this outfit like the plague!
Paid for a phone. Recieved an email to say they recieved the order. Took my money. And then nothing. No response to emails. Phone calls just got put onto answering machine continuously. Even tried txting them with the little app on their site. Nothing. Completely ignored all attempts to contact them.
Sent several emails requesting my money back. 3 weeks later out of the blue the phone turns up. Sent off email to see what was going on. Suddenly they could talk! Blamed Royal Mail despite the package being clearly postmarked the day before delivery. Quite how Royal Mail sabotaged their email, phone and txt system is beyond me!
There are a myriad of reputable mobile phone retailers to choose from.

The above reviewer is a known competitor confirmed to us by the rep of the company who supplied him. Sickening to think that anybody would sink so low. And if the goods were not "value for money" why buy them in the first place? Obviously a deliberate attempt to sully our reputation.
As a followup to this cos i had forgot all about it to be honest.
jthompsons comments are a complete fabrication. He tried to get my review removed. On submitting all the evidence to reviewcentre, it was reinstated.
The guy actually phoned me at home screaming abuse down the line.
Legal action? lol still waiting.
I still have all emails, order details and correspondence with this outfit and will happily supply them to anyone who asks if it helps them avoid recieving the same treatment i recieved.
I've had a somewhat similar experience with this company but also received an abundance of abusive e-mails from them. I'm amazed if this lot have an 'excellent reputation'as they profess! Avoid them like the plague. I'm not a competitor but a extremely unhappy person because of my experience with this outfit. I await legal action to be taken against me...........
I found this review not helpful because...
This is a review from a self-confessed competitor who actually emailed us stating that he was going to post bad review about us in advance to try and destroy our excellent reputation. Legal action is now under way for deliberate Defamation of Character. J. Thompson, 1stMobileUK
