Good Points
The service unlocked my Nokia phone in about 5 minutes. The reason I would recommend this service is that it allows you to use your phone on any network! It was also a lot simpler as I didn't have to send it off or take it too a shop-so pretty simple really.

Bad Points
If you do not follow the instructions you will go wrong: have your IMEI number (which you get by pressing *#06#) ready and your model number of the phone.

General Comments
UnlockMobilePhone.org is a safe bet, their website says they have been offering this service for over five years.
