I took my Nokia to Civic Telecom as i had dropped my phone and smashed the screen. They did it straight away on the spot no problem, all the staff were friendly and a great atmosphere for a busy day.

I Took My Samsung Phone To Civic Telecom To Get I

I took my Samsung phone to Civic Telecom to get it unlocked for use on any network and they did so while I waited. On leaving the shop I found it no longer worked at all. I returned straightaway and the technician told me the phone must be blacklisted. I explained that was not possible as I had owned it since new. He then said the antenna must be faulty and that I could leave it with them but I might have to pay to have it repaired. I explained that it had worked perfectly with absolutely no problems at all right up until the instant they unlocked it. The technician remained insistent that I might have to pay to have it repaired. I paid £10 to have my phone unlocked and now it no longer works at all.‎

Does Network Providers Have Hidden Charges, Even On Free Calls Also On Smart Phones ?

I have to ask you people that i always reload / recharge an amount that would be enough for more than 1 week according to my usage. Now days, i am loosing my balance in quick sessions than before i guess landlines and mobile service providers are charging extra to their valued customers in hidden ways. do u people think so ? Does this apply on smart phones also ? Please Answer.

You should Google it and compare yourself. I think it varies from user to user and network to network. Sometime money is charged from your mobile while some other caller did not lost any amount from their credit balance. One of my own tested company in UK is Digital Calling Cards as they offer nice packages and other is Rebtel which charges more but thier calling quality is also one of the best among all.
