Consistently bad.

Bad Points
Signal terrible everywhere, customer services almost non-existent, that tune they play whilst you're holding still haunts me.

General Comments
Look elsewhere, sometimes I would have been better off with a piece of string and 2 tin cans.

i compleatly disagree i have been with o2 for 10 years and have the best signal out of all the rival companies and all the people i no say the same

Been with them for years, since BT Cellnet days, both personally and corporately. No problem.
