Noisy, not frost free, customer services worst ever!!!

General Comments
This is probably the worst f/f in the world - honestly. It is extremely noisy, is supposed to be frost free but it most definitely is not. To make matters worse their customer service is unbelievably bad. They must have the worst staff ever and the most inefficient computer system (basically it doesn't work).
