They provide a phone service, and when everything is going smoothly it is very good.

Customer Service is awful if things go wrong
General Comments
I'm trying to transfer my line away as they could/would not price match three. The reason they gave first was that 'Three will probably go bankrupt very soon'! Admittedly, several other people from Customer Service then gave other reasons.
Trying to get through on the customer service line was impossible (over an hour wait, then cut off, then 20 minutes). They finally told me that they'd provide a PAC in 48 hours time as that was what they had to do according to OFTEL, but probably no earlier.
For the service provider which boasts about the service and how satisfied their customers are, I was very surprised. I was even more surprised , though, when the Supervisor/Manager of the customer services department admitted that they were very busy dealing with transfers from Orange and were trying to get more staff. Needless to say when I threw his words back he tried to change them...
