Simply awful service.

I ordered a pair of Vibram trainers, and requested postage via the tracked parcel option.

My debit card was charged immediately, after chasing them via email I was sent a Royal Mail tracking number, but not for their tracking service, only for signature-on-delivery. This meant I couldn't track the parcel at all and wasn't the delivery service I paid for.

Over a month later, and I sent a cancellation email and sent a copy via the post as well, stating I hadn't received anything so I expected my money back.

They finally call me to say they don't have the item in stock anyway.

I am still waiting for a refund and have passed the matter to my banks fraud department.

Ordered, paid for the Ab circle pro and the shake weight on the 25th Oct 2010.

I still have not received this items.

I cannot seem to get thru on the phone and my many emails( including one to ) Rahul Joshi, the parson's account my money has gone to) been ignored. It's very frustrating as they were very quick to take my money.

This website seems to have a whole lot of scamming going on.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.UNLESS YOU HAVE TO THROW AWAY.

Absolutely appalling customer service - item delivered late and had to rearranged, when delivered was faulty - took weeks and numerous emails and phone calls to be arrange collection, they were not even able to provide the correct info on Parcelforce delivery options. I have still not received a refund despite them agreeing to it 2 weeks ago have emailed 4 times and had no response, would never ever consider buying anything from them again - worse customer service I have ever encountered despite claims on their website that they have 95% satisfaction rate

Terrible company selling rubbish goods. No customer service and the Total Core Deluxe machine I bought was cheap, nasty, rusty on the screws and I believe counterfeit. Broke after half a dozen uses. No replacement, refund or repair offered despite letters. Reported to Trading Standards. These kind of companies spoil internet shopping and hope they get closed down soon. They really are a no star company.

Ordered an AB King pro but when I opened the box a cheaper model had been sent. It was an item which had clearly been used by someone and sent back. It had marks all over it, and a lot of the metal parts had rust on them.

Thet are very difficult to get a hold of by telephone and if you are lucky enough to talk to someone there grasp of the english language is not great. Eventually got a replacement sent after a bit of pressure But I certainly would not use them again. Avoid if you have any sense !

i order an ab circle pro from them and then recieved email saying they were outta stock till end nov when get a delivery so after 4 emais they agreed to cancel my order but i have just checked my bank account n guess wht theyve taken the money out i have sent emails and phoned bt get no responce

Not happy customer ordered the limited edition blue serenity straighteners at a good price £99.99. Then when had to register with GHD themselves with the codes given on the product the straighteners turned out to be counterfeit not real so price very expensive for fakes. Took ages to get a refund but eventually did but cost me an extra £8.65 to post back which wasn't refunded,if u ring up goes to a silly answerfone very rare anybody answers the phone,don't reply to emails. Would not recommend or use this company BEWARE.

I find the prices affordable and the website is a very accesible but unfortunately purchased 4 items as gifts for a wedding from them but after 3 days notified me that my order were cancelled. But suspiciously my neighbour who bought just 1 the same day I bought mine, received his.

I emailed them to ask for the cancellation but the only answer I received was an automatic response.

Unfortunately, wasnt a pleasant experience.

I ordered 2 pieces of fitness equipment on August 22.. got the email to say order was processed and money was taken from my card.

Next day i got an email to say that it was delayed and they would receive their stock on the 30th August.

Emailed them on the 2rd Sept to ask when the delivery would be,got back an email to say my "scratch removers" which btw are £4.99 and nowhere even close to what i ordered would be delivered next week and that i would get a prior to dispatch email.

Replied to ask if they could confirm to me what they were sending as thats not what i ordered, included my receipt in the email..

Still waiting.. It's now the 9th of September 25 days since the money was taken, i am receiving no replies by email, the phone doesn't get answered at all and nothing has been delivered

I purchased this item at approximately 4pm on Thursday. I first called the telephone number provided on the website and asked what was the difference between this version and the standard Malibu Pilates. I spoke to someone in customer service who provided me with accurate information. I also asked when would I receive the product and I amazed when the guy I was speeking to said it would be delivered the next day on Friday. He also said that they could pass me to the sales team who would be able to process my order over the telephone if I did not want to do it online. I decided to order online which was very simple and easy. I still was a bit unsure if the item would arrive the next day as it was late in the day, about 4.10pm when I completed my order. The item arrived the next day at 10.30am!! I could not beleive it and my wife was over the moon as she could starting using the item over the weekend. Keep up the good work guys!!!!
