World of Computers, Glasgow

I felt the staff at World of Computers are very helpful until something goes wrong. Example, i was trying to return a processor and motherboard, since the cpu overheating, i took in my base unit, and was informed that they require to charge myself £55 MIN unless i took only the parts that they had sold myself. 7 Days to fix or check if the problem existed. I telephoned in advance and was told they had both parts in stock and were able to test the same day, if required to be replaced, the following day went to them, and was informed that it would take longer, and can take up to 7 days as all parts would have to be tested, have told myself that they plug the motherboard into a testing station. I asked them to simply test the CPU/Motherboard if was overheating. After being informed that they would telephone early the following morning, i have not received a call as of yet. Not particulary happy with them, and is now the 2nd time i've had problems with the company, will not be returning.
