2weeks later and still no phone. whoever owns this company is a full on loser who was a victim in school. this useless clown is channeling his energy into making decent people suffer for this losers lack of being a man throughout his whole useless life. this is a tele tubby sitting in front of a laptop watching girls on live webcams spending honest peoples monies. any loser can blag pay pal mate but once they figure that your a liar I WILL get my monies back as i have seen they have let u get away with these lies for long enough.... myself and customs will work together to find out why your trading anything besides pizzas and pay pal are allowing you to get away with honest families monies.. PAYPAL BOUT AS SAFE AS THE TWIN TOWERS.

I am absolutely applaud at Total Electronics service, or rather, lack there of. I read most of these reviews and thought I would give them a try anyway, as most buyers were dated back in 2011, and I thought they would be better by now.

I sent these people, or person numerous emails, to get conformation of delivery, but received no reply. After the third email, I put in an immediate dispute with paypal so that they didn't receive the money, I also made sure I swiped the money out of my bank account so that my bank would not authorise the payment as the funds weren't there, thus returning the monies back into my account the very next day!.

I got the warning bells when I told them to cancel my order and they didn't reply, I just said "no way, there is something fishy going on here" I mean the fact that you cannot contact them, what does that say? No telephone number, no legit address!

As for the people leaving positive reviews on here, well I don't believe them at all, I think they are fake or and from the owner. These people are a nightmare and they do not reply to emails at all. Even now I have cancelled my order, they still haven't bothered to reply. I have reported them to Paypal, because I am quite certain, you have to have a valid number to have a paypal sellers account. Paypal did confirm that indeed this is the case.

My instincts were to go to Amazon, but my phone wasn't at the price I wanted and I didn't want a personal sale, I wanted it from a shop, sealed. Anyway, I went back to Amazon the next day and found my phone, it took just 2 days to arrive after I made my payment. Like they say "If it aint broke, don't fix it" I will keep my a** at Amazon! Oh and I used a seller that had 100% positive feedback for obvious reasons. I'm very happy that I did.

Do not buy anything from this site! I strongly believe that this person is only buying stock when the order comes through. I do not beleive for one second this company actually has a shop at all. They or he is running it from his kitchen or bedroom. It's a complete farce and crock of, you know the rest.

Phone never arrived and they wouldn't answer my emails to confirm that item had been despatched. I disputed case via Paypal and got my money back. The company emailed me 2 days later asking me for full invoice no. and all my details as they could find no record of it and wanted to deal with my request to cancel order. Customer service is non existant and the fact that they had conveniently lost all my order details made me think I was right to dispute. Would not recommend this company at all.

I can honestly say that Totalelectronics treated me as a valued customer. They were responsive when I asked questions and did more than they needed to in order to get my goods delivered as quickly as possible. Full marks out of 10. Thank you again for your help & assistance. Regards

First of all, I doubt that some of the positive reviews left here are real.

I ordered an HTC Desire HD which was said to be in stock at the time of order, but it took 10 days to arrive although it was promised to arrive within three days...and then within 7 days...and then really, really on Wednesday!...but it actually came on Thursday.

One of the main reasons I ordered from the page was the colour. I wanted a black phone and not the brown version. While it says on the page that it is black, the phone that arrived was actually brown.

Also during the time I was waiting the price was reduced by 10 pounds, but I did not get that discount. When I complained about that and the colour (in a friendly way) I didn't get any reply whatsoever. Generally you have to wait for a while to get an answer and usually you are being lied to.

I am hoping they will go out of business soon so no more people have to make any bad experiences. Since the whole affair was such a hassle, I decided to keep the phone, which works just fine in the wrong colour.

My experience of TE is very positive.

They certainly offered the best price for the HTC Wildfire I could find anywhere and when the price was reduced on their website after I had placed my order, they refunded me the difference so I got the benefit of the new (lower) price (which they didnt have to do).

Delivery took about 10 days and the phone arrived by registered mail, boxed with all components brand new (ie exactly as advertised).

There is no phone number for TE but they responded to my emails within 24 hours (or sometimes sooner).

I saw some negative reviews for TE but this was not my experience. Knowing that I was covered by Paypal if anything did go wrong meant I was happy to try them out.

Any company that offers branded products with lower markups deserves support in my view.

Read this and decide. I bought an HTC Desire from them. It cost £269.00 - that's not pennies. It took almost a week to arrive despite my telling them I needed the phone to replace a broken one used for my business and their assertion that phones are dispatched within two working days. Their phones are advertised as unbranded and unlocked. When it did arrive it wasn't unlocked at all.The box was dirty and marked. By visiting a dodgy phone shop I was able to establish it was in fact locked to the 3 network.The guy there wanted to charge £40 to unlock it so I obviously said thanks but do one.I complained and asked them for the unlock code. They said they'd send it with very little by way of apology like it was nothing.It took another 5 days for them to do that, during which time I had had to purchase the unlocking code myself from a legitimate outfit (who sent it within an hour) as I needed the phone.Don't waste your time with these people. I promise you if you do you'll need to have a lot of time to waste. Absolute crock.

Stay away from this 'shop'!

It is just one guy with no stock. When you purchase online he will then try to obtain a phone for you. There is no phone number you can call, just an email address. Average response time to your emails is a few days!

The payment goes through the PayPal account registered for the 'shop' owner - Robert Hay - not the actual business.

My phone was allegedly dispatched on Monday, but since it didn't arrive in a week time I've tried contacting the 'shop'. There was no response at all. Only after a few strongly-worded emails in which I stated that I'm going to report fraudulent activities to relevant authorities, I've got an email saying 'We are afraid that there was a delay in shipping' and my payment has been refunded. This is a clear lie as my order has been 'dispatched' 9 days before.

I ended up getting my phone from CarphoneWarehouse for 10 quid more.

Summing up - don't risk your money and time.

Excellent Price, they upgraded the delivery to Saturday free of Charge. They have been perfect in keeping in touch. The website is quite basic but very easy to use and follow. Payments are all throught PayPal which means that they are secure and it is simple to carry out the checkout process. Can reccomened Total Electronics to anybody looking for the latest Smart Phones and good prices.
