Great shop fast delivery and the most comfortable flip flops ever! Highly recommended.

I purchased some shoes from ipanema flipflops online. The parcel was sent and recieved on time but the flip flops i recieved were not suitable so i sent them back for an exchange. This is is where Ipanema flip flops let themselves down, they have no customer service. They promise to deal with all emails & calls as quickly as possible, I have had 1 email to say they recieved the goods back and that I will recieve a replacement in 7 working days, but have not recieved my replacement or a reply to my 4 emails & 2 telephone calls asking where my exchange/refund is? So to cut a long story short I have spent £22 +(P+P) on thin air and have had no apology, call or email, and I am still waiting 12 working days later when all exchanges are dealt with within 7 working days aparently???

Stunning shoes and free postage too. cant wait to buy more
