Sony DAV-S880 Review

Good Points
The system was nothing but rocking when it was launched and when I took it home.

Bad Points
And now after a year the monster started showing its colour. "Can't Play the CD", initially like our friends I doubted the CD/DVD I was using, but the same played good in other systems, then took the system to a Sony Service Centre in Chennai, India. The technician informed me that the Lens need to be changed, I said go ahead as I treasured the system so much. Now its almost a month I have neither got the system back nor the problem is rectified.

General Comments
Sony , we trusted so much and continue trusting you, Why is that if it had been problem identified, no steps have been taken to equip your service centres across world in addressing the same.



You could have earned the loyalty of your trusted customers.
