General Comments
After 7 months, a problem arose with my Bosch fridge/freezer. The Bosch engineer called 24 hours after my initial call. Unfortunately, he was unable to anything apart from confirming the machine was unrepairable. Apparently, Comet have their own engineers, so I would have to get one of them out to confirm the Bosch engineers findings. So far I have made three calls to the Comet call centre in 36 hours, and I'm still awaiting a day and time for the engineer to call, with the earliest possible one being, at least, in 7 days time. Great! Plenty of food ruined! I would be quicker buying a new one than waiting for Comet. I would buy Bosch again, but never ever from a Comet store.
