I am amazed that these people are still able to operate after the amount of peole that have been conned. I paid £30.00 for a bouquet of flowers for my employees 21st birthday. I paid for an extra 33% more flowers. The fowers did not arrive I sent emails and made numerous phone calls but got no answer to the emails and no answer to my phone calls. Now today over two weeks later the flowers arrived in a box they were dead and full of mould in fact the heads had all fell off cos of the mould. The flowers were a very small bunch and not the beautiful bouquet that I had ordered with 33% extra flowers. I had to buy my employee another gift so all in all it cost me £65.00 for a present. Be warned do not have any dealings with this company as they are a disgrace and con people out of their hard earned money. I give a zero rating for this company.

Well, like everyone on this website, I wish I had of seen the reviews before I ordered flowers. Phone number doesn't exist and they do not respond to emails. Absolutely appauled at the service as I am now out of pocket due to non delivery of flowers and also, I need to go and buy something else as a birthday present. Certainly would NEVER recommend this site to anyone!!!!

BEWARE do not use this site, the flowers I ordered did arrive but they were dead within 3 days. Impossible to contact the company, the telephone number does not exist and emails are not responded to. Do not use them.

Don't touch this site with a barge pole. I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered on 24/08/10.....I'm still waiting. I've emailed them twice and had no response whatsoever. Spend a few more quid and go to a reputable florist. Remember what they say "If it sounds too good to be true....it usually is" and this site DEFINATELY is. Avoid at all cost.

I received a bunch of flowers for my birthday, I say bunch no way could they be a bouquet, and they looked as if some one had just thrown them in a box no plant food,no water nothing around the stems just a bit of green ribbon and a bit of tissue paper, the majority of the flowers were brown, and by the evening they were practically dead,shameful they can send flowers out like this

Feel very sorry for my son who paid good money I have tried emailing but as yet have had no reply.

So to any one else thinking of using them a big fat DONT!

I am so disappointed, I wish I'd found this site before purchasing, but as usual, you only start to dig when things go wrong, website does not have a contact number to call, flowers have not arrived, emails not answered, will now try to reclaim though bank. Website looks the business, I am now putting in a complaint to trading standards. Please avoid, now have a much older relative that thinks nobody remembered her special day.

I have had to give a rating of one star, but in truth I would not give any stars, how can you rate value for money and customer service when you haven't had the goods and you haven't been contacted :(

I contacted this company after receiving flowers from them,3 days later the roses were brown, the flowers l received were nothing like pictures on the website (about half the quantity) wich l think is quite misleading. I forwarded pictures and emailed them but have yet to receive a reply, therefore I would agree with the previous reviews Beware!!! they shouldn't be allowed to trade.

BEWARE!!!!!! SCAM BLOOM IN MAIL Time and my reputation wasted in the day of my daughter's birthday! Flowers arrived late and dead. My daughter had a horrible birthday. Email and telephone not responding. Seller is unknown. No contact details on website, no email response. It seems that somebody ripped me off - took money an that's it. I thought it will be surprise for daughter, but it was nightmare. DO NOT BUY IN BLOOM IN MAIL SCAM.

flowers arrived late, the service is disgusting as nobody is available and they ignore your phone calls. i would not recommend this site to ANYBODY!! please do not waste your money. i ordered some flowers for my daughter, and they were delivered late and i had to ruin the surprise for her. I emailed them on the required day of delivery and i was not far from ignored. how can they carry on selling flowers? poo.
