Good Points
Good value. Owner responds quickly to calls and emails.

Bad Points
Owner very misleading. Will withdraw tour director last minute if less than 10 people on trip. Tells you to "not waste time" if they change your flight unexpectedly and you arrive later than other group members.

General Comments
ChinaPlus is a small tour agency which advertises that it specializes in small groups. This is true.
However, what you are not explicitly told is that if there are less than 10 members in the tour, you will be without a tour director and instead will have local tour guides serve as director in each city you visit.
This is what happened to my husband and me. As a result, some experiences with tour guides were positive, others negative. Local tour guides often don't know how to handle emergency situations. Also, some are disorganized since their job is to serve as a guide, not a director.
When you sign up for a tour expecting to have a tour director, it is very disappointing and upsetting to have your tour director withdrawn at the last minute because somebody has canceled just prior to the starting date of the trip due to an emergency situation. I don't like to be misled and would never recommend ChinaPlus for this reason.
