Karcher K3.67M

I have purchased 3 products. 2 pressure washers and a hose extension . The first washer failed with a leak in the pump area in what I consider to be low hour failure as I just use the unit around the house mostly washing my cars. In my opinion I do not abuse it at all as a matter a fact I think I take pretty good care of it. Anyway I thought ok maybe just a poor unit that's unusual but happens so I purchased a second unit and an extension hose as I have a 2 storey house. The first time I plugged the extension hose on the washer the end blew off, never even squeezed the trigger yet and short time later the new washer started to leak, guess where ...right in the pump area again so in a nut shell $500.00 later and no washer again. Hope this helps someone, I am going to purchase a honda probably.

I am on my second Karcher pressure washer (K3.67)which I have only used a couple of times. Both were plastic pieces of garbage which sprang leaks from the pump area. I bought Karcher because I thought it was a quality piece of equipment but I could not have been more mistaken. I will never buy another Karcher pressure washer. I cannot believe they are still in business. If you do buy one expect that within a few hours of use the pump will pop and most of the water will be coming out of the bottom of the unit instead of out of the wand. Complete garbage!

Great while they work but that will not be for long !! the service you get from them is very poor and the cost of the spares that you will need are so high they want you to buy another new one ! leave them well alone.

I am on my 2nd Karcher washer and neither has lasted more than 18 months they spring a leak from inside the body and prove impossible to get at without special tools.When they work they are great but dont last long. stay away

I purchased a Karcher pressure washer in 2008 and used it twice that summer. When I took out to use in the spring of 2009 ( after being stored in my warm basement for the winter ) the handle leaked like a sieve !! After a few calls to Karcher to explain the situation it became VERY clear that Karcher couldn't care less about the fact that their product was less than acceptable. After spending another $20.00 on "o" rings for the handle the thing stills leaks like a sieve. I bought a "Karcher" pressure washer because I thought they had a good product. Take my word for it... stay away from this cheap brand - the products are cheaply made & Karcher will NOT stand behind their product when it breaks down. as I said REAL GARBAGE !!
