Can I just say to Elaine -give it time. I was on AOL for many years but simply got fed up, that's why I changed, but am thinking of returning to them again.

<br/>I think you get dropped connections on any ISP although in all reality you shouldn't as it's an 'always on connection'-but's it's not an ideal world is it?

<br/>I personally recommended AOL to many people-family (my own daughter)and friends and not one have had any issues or problems with AOL at all. The only problem my daughter had was using that terrible Voyage modem which is notorious for bad connections, then I suggested the router and fitted it for her and now, no problems at all.
