These Guys Offer A Very Good Simple Affordable Car
These guys offer a very good simple affordable car hire business... if you want something fancy this is not the company for you.
I found them very flexible to deal with in terms of changing dates and overall good.
The only negative I had was I had to wait 15 minutes for my car to be cleaned but was not a train smash..
Liked the fact that their insurance policies were clear and easy to understand.
Will definitely rent from them again

I Would Not Recommend This Company. In Fact, I Wo
I would NOT recommend this Company. In fact, I would steer people elsewhere. Why? Well, for a starter, in my opinion their staff are poorly trained. Clearly out of their depth when something out if the ordinary happens. I read the bad reviews on the www but still I made a reservation. I found an error in their Ts and Cs, deleted the incorrect words and initialed the change. Bayswater immediately tore up the Contract and told me they cannot do business if Contracts are altered and declared I no longer had a reservation! Can you believe such antics? They understood the error but appeared incapable of coping. I think they felt canceling the reservation would cause me pain. It didn't. There were plenty of much better Car Rental firms in the neighbourhood.

I found this review not helpful because... it is fairly obvious that the guy behind the counter does not have the authority to over ride the t&c's of a car hire company which rents out 2000 to 3000 cars, and if customers are not happy with them they are welcome not to use the service but most companies will not negotiate t&c's with retail customers.
Incidentally what was the issue with the t&c's???
I found this review not helpful because its quite clear this guy is a dick. Bayswater car rentals only rent new cars for half the rate of Avis, budget, europcar ,etc. Obviously not satisfied about getting the cheapest deal, probably wanted to drive 3000km+ in a week, the reservation was cancelled.
Ironically he'll probably rent with Bayswater again ,as do most customers who will only use Avis if its paid via company or corporate account. People like you make it difficult for everyone else.
