Good Points
Easy to use, easy to setup and comfortable in the ear. Reception can be excellent but depends on distance etc

Bad Points
Not great sound, can be not loud for the person you are talking to and battery dies after about 4 hours. Holder for the belt doesn't really go well especially if you are sitting.

General Comments
Generally a good device but requires a better battery life and storage.
