Good Points
Dealt with claim quickly and efficiently

Bad Points
Always have to ring up when the increased renewal comes through, to say that we can get it cheaper elsewhere, then we normally get a good discount.

General Comments
I like to know that when I need to claim on my car insurance that everything will be dealt with quickly and smoothly, and touch wood it has with Churchill.
