BAD POINTS:

- Management are rude

- They retained half of my deposit and justified it for cleaning a T0, how long does it take to clean it? The cleaners must be something special.

- They did not pay for my stolen bike or had any recordings of It getting stolen from the shed I rented from them, to which they claimed to be a "safe" place to store it. They called me up to say it was stolen l, they also said to have filed a police report. A few days later I asked for the police report in paper, only to find out they hadn't even filed one!

- Insulating is 0 to none. It got so cold I had to open the freezer door to warm up.

Do not recommend this dump to anyone

- Not to mention rent price was extortionate. I pay less now and am far happier in my new accommodation.

I have just moved out of Central Park Towers following the end of my course. The building is the perfect accommodation as you have your own space and facilities but you have all of the other tenants to hang out with in the common room.

Got on really well with all of the staff and other tenants and had no problems throught my tenancy. Was so handy having the office and maintenance man on site as they pretty much came down straight away if you had a problem or locked yourself out.

If you want fun, friendly, hassle free accommodation that has great facilities then CPT is the place to be!

Central Park Towner is the worse Student Accommodation I've ever stayed, the people who work in the office are not kind at all, there is a lady starting with C is a very rude lady, n u need to top up ur own power key every week, in winter it cost me 80pounds per month, at last when I leave my flat, more than half of my deposite are gone, reason was my room's not clean which tooks me a day I spent cleaning my flat, n they wont give ur balance deposite back until u agreed what they took of ur deposite, it means u wont ever get back ur deposite until the people who work in the office are happy that you agreed they took off ur deposite.

Many of my friends got this same trouble happened with me.

Just completed my first year at Uni having lived at Central Park Towers.

Building is very sociable and have made so many good friends living there. Common room always has someone to talk to or play pool with, especially in the evenings.

Absolutely loved the accommodation, had my own kitchen and bathroom, (totally the opposite of a shared kitchen) but also had the benefit of 200 other students to mix with.

Will definately be back next year...cant wait!!

I have lived at Central Park Towers for the past three years and have really enjoyed my time here!

I found everyone to be very friendly, helpful and this includes the management staff! In my experience they were always happy to help in any situation and there was always a warden or management on hand in an emergency, for example being locked out of my room. Queries and issues regarding my room was dealt with professionally and within a sufficient timeframe.

The building is always kept clean and tidy.

I would recommend any student to live in central park towers as its safe, fun and only a short walk to university!

I have just left central park after living there for the majority of my uni life. all in all the flats are of a good standard. the place is good in the sense that you can be as sociable as you wish. however the management of the flats were of great dissapointment and all in all not to a satisfactory standard. noise issues are not taken seriously and maintenance issues take a long time to resolve, if ever. for the amount of money students are paying for these flats managemnet should be on the ball and helpful at all times.

my advice to anyone thinking of living in central park towers isn't dont live there but instead cover you back for every instance that management are involved. dont bother with the internet offerred by the management. you pay over £100 for the privilege to be told that any problem is your problem. take photos of everything (and i mean everything)in the flat when you turn up and when you leave, you pay £12 an hour for their cleaners to reclean what you spent hours yourself cleaning.
