Good Points
It does offer cheap shipments - much cheaper than Parcel Force or others.

Bad Points
Until DHL/Interparcel lost my parcel. I provided them (Interparcel) with the invoice, the waybill; everything they asked for, just to claim that so-called inclusive £50! Interparcel customer service supervisor was not professional at all. She didn't even reply until I kept emailing her for the claim. By the way, I did call them, and the staff asked me to send the supervisor emails instead. After I sent her everything, she said "sorry, we cannot give you the claim". Parcel Force or Royal Mail lost my parcels before, but they dealt with this fairly, and they could process a claim.

General Comments
In summary, I would rather pay more for Parcel Force or others that can reimburse me the cost of a lost parcel. At the end of the day, the fact that Interparcel lost a parcel is not my fault. I buy the compensation, and I expect that courier to stand up and take responsibility!
