Good Points
Friendly, punctual greeting.
Bad Points
1. Unable to communicate arrival instructions by e-mail: their messages go out as spam and so are filtered.
2. Their office responded unhelpfully to enquiries.
3. Worst - on return, I found my car unable to start and broken down, despite Crown Parking claim to have driven it to car park less than an hour earlier. Crown staff were untrained and unwilling to provide assistance, and refused to take responsibility.
General Comments
I think that they won't stay in business if they can't park a car without leaving it unable to re-start, or communicate adequately with customers. Try NCP.
