General Comments
I am still trying to close my account after they took £23.50 from my account when they shouldn't have.
I contested this with my bank, and FastHosts now want another £60 for doing so, and they won't shut the account until I pay, despite having a years money in advance for a system I can't use and don't want, on top of their £23.50 'penalty' charge for 'debt recovery'; ie. an automated email sent because their site would not allow me to change card details.
