Couldn't fault Silver UK at all, I bought two rings from there on a Monday evening and it arrived Wednesday afternoon. The service was extremely speedy and the rings are gorgeous! They fit perfectly and were great value ~ definitely would recommend to anyone!

The website is simple and looks promising- do not be fooled. What started off as an ideal gift quickly became a nightmare. I would like to point out I made my order in the beginning of October, it is now a few days before Christmas and I have neither the ring or my money back.

The customer service is ridiculous and offers no help, reassurance or anything. All I got from the countless phone conversations was 'We will be in contact tomorrow'...they never once got in contact to resolve the situation, it was alway me having to phone them. When asking for a refund, I was quickly dismissed.

Avoid at all costs, it is not worth the money or the headache. The jewellery itself can be found on Amazon for a third of the price. If you find yourself on the website, press the back button as afast as you can.
