Good Points
A wide range of shoes and clothes for both girls and men.
Delivery is on time and they arrive well packaged.
If you make a mistake and order the wrong size etc, you have to pay to post them back to them, but they send you an alternative free.

Bad Points
Both clothes and shoes are at really high prices, even in the sales, shoes start from around £40, and one pair of jeans was £42 -not inc. postage!
I know they are made for tall people, but the trousers have a length of 36" which is too long for me, they don't do them a little smaller like 34"
The heels on the shoes I bought didn't seem to be stuck on properly
Some shoes are made for narrow to wide fittings, so if your feet are narrow like mine, the shoes when softened up can get too big.

General Comments
A good layout and easy to use website, plenty of choice in clothes and shoes for both men and women.

The prices are very high and it said on their website they expect their shoes to last for a few months, but at that price I'd expect them to last longer, and with the prices being high, I can't buy as many as I'd like.

I only wear the shoes to work and they creased and marked very easily, and weren't very comfortable on the soles of my feet. But I put up with it in the summer when it's hot (that's what I got them for) as my feet are too hot in Dr. Martens.

The shoes and clothes look of a nice design.
