Excellent value for money memory foam mattress

i ordered my mattress about 6 months ago and love it! iv recommended this company to 2 of my work friends and they have also ordered. the delivery was fast and suiteded me as it did my 2 friends and the staff i spoke to whilst placing my order were great.

My pillows arrived in the post before my mattress actually arrived at the door which was good!

overall it has been a well worth purchase

Placed an order with this firm by mistake, due to the name being very similar to an excellent company we have previously dealt with. Alarm bells started to ring when we received an e-mail from ABC Vehicle Maintenance thanking us for payment. After four months the order has still not been completed even after informing Angela that this order was for a terminally ill cancer patient. Telephone calls to this woman are pointless, her last excuse was other people have been waiting longer than we have and we should wait our turn. Will now have to recoup our money through the credit card company. This is the worst experience I have ever had using the internet in over twenty years and strongly advise anyone thinking of dealing with The Memory Foam Mattress Firm to think again.

we bought a memory foam 800 mattress as unfortunately our kitten had, ahem, 'ruined' our other memory foam mattress after just 2 years. not good.

However we invested a similar amount in this one and though the delivery was a bit flaky (wouldn't give a delivery date but did manage to call when they were down the road, meaning we have to leave work and beg them to stay and deliver!) the product is very good. Free delivery so i guess you can't expect too much.

Vey comfy though and actually moreso than our previous Aloe Vera mattress. V pleased so far.

My 84 year old mother who is partially sighted and very deaf received her Memory foam mattress on Tuesday - she had saved up for over 5 years for this mattress and is absolutely delighted - she kept saying no i shouldnt have it- but is so relieved that she has had it and is now sleeping wonderfully on it - the whole procedure of picking the mattress on the website was excellent , clear concise information - delivery free and the mattress arrived within 3 working days- what more could you ask for !!!

I bought a Single Coolmax Performance 500 Memory Foam Mattress for my little boy's bed. It was good value and is very comfortable.

It was delivered quickly with free delivery.

I recently moved to London and was in need of a mattress topper. Memory Foam Mattress not only offered a great price but the quality and description was exactly the product I received. Delivery was free and my mattress arrived within a day. I absolutely love it and look forward to a comfy sleep each night. I know there is a lot of options out there but this truly is the best deal. Don't hesitate, it is so worth the extra few pounds!!!

Great for a few months, but like a hammock after only a year.

Next time I will go to John Lewis, spend twice as much and try some out first.

I have given one star because I have too, frankly I would award no stars as the mattress which is no more than 16 months old has developed sags in the foam where our bodies make contact, spoke to the company who advise me this is wear and tear, even asked how heavy we are!!!! we are of normaly weight and have never had this problem from a mattress before. Not able to get a replacement even though it states on the T&C's that a 5 year warranty is in place!

I have given up contacting them as the stress is not worth it, don't buy anything from this company, you will regret it in the end.
