Good Points
Small monolith candy bar style, internal antenna makes it easy to just slip it into your pocket, fairly easy to use, operate functions through joystick. Tri-band model supports GSM 900/1800/1900, world roaming, GPRS high-speed data, MMS, EMS, Bluetooth, infrared, voice dialing, full organizer features.
Bad Points
low resolution color screen washes out in bright sunlight, proprietary phone jack and power connector can wear out, older design lacks polyphonic, mp3 support. Sometimes make errors entering information from the tiny keypad.
General Comments
Despite its age, it's still a great little phone, missing GSM 850 band which wasn't available from any manufacturer at the time. Bought this used in Manila, Philippines unlocked and have used it traveling around different places. Asia is particularly inexpensive obtaining and using a prepaid SIM; Canada, Europe tends to be much more expensive using a prepaid plan. I basically wanted a good quality basic phone, long lasting battery life for talking and standby. The battery tends to be shorter in life than advertised, but still quite good for my needs and able to recharge before it's battery life is depleted. I like the small size to easily carry in my pants pocket.
