Good Points
shields never fall out, spin for ages

Bad Points
metal casings, the length they spin for varies from bearing to bearing

General Comments
These bearings are really good, they last for a long time.although i said the speed of each one varies most are really good my wheels spin longer than all my mates(exept the ones that use 10 tonnes of wd40)i would recommend these bearings if you want really good abec5s.if you look aroud you can usually find them for quite cheap.& u get a free sticker!
