General Comments
Competitors on the Krypton Factor would be tested getting up the long and steep hill you have to negotiate every time you return to the Emerald Apartments in Golden Beach, Thassos. Make no mistakes, it is a killer! Why the proprietor cannot put on a mini bus 5 or 6 times a day like some other hillside accommodation at this resort is beyond us. The resort in wonderful, but with the long climb and average rooms, the Emerald Apartments were not a good choice for us. Only for the super fit!!
