Good Points
My database never worked, so I never found out much more.
Bad Points
Customer service are very pretendy helpful, but really don't know what they are talking about.
Broken servers with no one willing to sort out the problem.
General Comments
I have been with them for 1 month, and I have had problems from the start. They have given every excuse under the sun, but at no point actually solved the problem or shown much of a willingness to really try. FastHosts separate you from any tech guys or managers and constantly tell you that problems have been solved when nothing has changed. Their behaviour has seriously affected my business.
