General Comments
They repeatedly made a complete hash out of my shares, inputting incorrect amounts and values. I went to sell shares and there were problems with their system. I then had to telephone to sell the shares, and I had to talk to someone and took 40 minutes to place an order, and even then I couldn't specify a price, and they couldn't tell me how long for the order to be executed!!! Needless to say the market had moved considerably when executed.



I then tried to complain about all this, and customer services just ignored my emails.



I then sent in my certificate in their reply envelope for my sale, and I got a letter saying they haven't received it.



It is 2 weeks since dealing, and I have had no replies. They owe me for charges, and I have no money for the sale. They sent me a letter saying they would be closing out the sale and would charge me. I have tried to stop them.
