Eventually Received My Parcel But Items Missing An

Eventually received my parcel but items missing and damaged. Have been unable to make contact to resolve. They do not reply to e-mails and do not accept incoming telephone calls. Are now off line and have been for some weeks. Am in the process of trying to reclaim some of my money from my credit card co. If no luck will rport to trading standards but I suspect they have ceased trading.

I found this review helpful because I also had enormous problems with goods ordered from Artymiss over last year. At the beginning of this year I ordered a special offer box. After a wait of nearly 3 weeks, this was finally delivered by DHL with loads of strange sticky tape holding it together and with half the contents hanging out. I contacted Artymiss who said they had had lots of problems with the post and their carriers and I did finally get the parcel replaced by another one. I had the feeling then that something was very wrong in the company and in spite of numerous promotional E Mails from them decided to give them a miss until they had sorted out their website. Having not heard from them for ages I was curious to see whether they were still in business. Your reviews have answered my question!

I Have Looked At This Site Several Times, And Even

I have looked at this site several times, and eventualy ordered goods, over a month ago, they advertise intensively in craft magazines. They are now offline and not answering the phone or e mails. I have also sent messages to AMANDA SLIGO/SLINGO on Facebook. I think maybe they have gone out of business, although a bankcruptcy search was negative. Paid through Sage pay, anyone any ideas ? They had a massive cash sale about 3 weeks ao, so yes Iwould have liked to know if it was a closing down sale, and from other forums so would other customers.

Artymiss is very weird. They don't tell you what is happening. When I ordered the first time, items were either missing or damaged. They wouldn't answer to e-mails and you couldn't phone them. I had to threaten them with a prosecution through my credit card. Then by miracle, they answered. I was reimbursed after two or three months. I ordered again, to give them a second chance, and from then on, I was lucky and everything went fine except that they wouldn't accept me as a customer. I was too picky. But never mind, I ordered through my daughter's credit card. Fortunately, it was before they actually closed down.

They should have said prices were low because of closing down. That is very dishonest.

-order Placed On 18th Jan,2009. At The T

-Order placed on 18th Jan,2009. At the time of ordering,there had been a 14-day delivery time.(Advertised,so I was ok with that.)-Nothing received after about 21 days (I had assumed they delivered on 14th day and have taken 7 days to arrive as it stated on website it takes approx 7-9 days)- Since I did not received any emails regarding the order (eg shippment notification/order confirmation), so emailed them on 12th Feb.- received reply on 14th Feb. suggesting perhaps thi=eir mail were being blocked (but I received all other emails.also checked my 'blocked addresses and blocked domains' in my email setting,Artymiss not blocked) and telling me that they have sent the parcel on 27th Jan and the courier had left a card for me on 29th Jan because of missed delivery. But I've never received such card and could not have asked for redelivery, consequently the parcel was already sent back to Artymiss on 5th Feb.They also wrote in the email,'This order will be cancelled and refunded on receipt, less our advertised non-delivery surcharge.'-emailed them on 17th Feb to tell them that I have never received any DHL card and I did not block any email.-received reply on 18th Feb. Showing me the shipment details on the courier's invoice. Showing 'No One To Receive Card Left' on 29th Jan. and 'Return to sender' on 5th Feb.-emailed them on 18th Feb to emphasise that I did not received the DHL card and that since the parcel has been returned to sender over a week now at that point in time,no refund has been given.- no reply (and no refund) from them (two weeks!).So on 2nd March, I had no choice but to open a dispute case with them on paypal. Clearly explained the whole situation and asking for a refund since the parcel was sent back to them almost a month ago on 5th Feb by DHL. and that Artmiss told me they would refund the money upon receipt of the parcel.- still received no email from them but received reply on 11th March in Paypal only showing me the shippment details they sent me previously they seemed to have ommited the info regarding the parcel has been sent 'return to sender' on 5th Feb.-replied on 11th March to point out that the info regarding parcel sent 'return to sender' on 5th Feb.also ask them to refund me asap.So here I am,so far, no parcel, no refund, no communication.Extremely dissatisfied.

First Few Delivery's From Artymiss Were Fine But N

First few delivery's from ArtyMiss were fine but now !! don't know what's going on-

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my delivery, all my emails ignored and I'm unable to get thru on the phones,

the forum has been suddenly closed.

I am unable to cancel and unable to find out what's going on.

When The Order Arrived It Was Incomplete Because A

When the order arrived it was incomplete because an item was out of stock, yet this was not advised at the time of purchase. I have paid for the entire order on 13th Jan but as yet (5th Feb) have received no refund and two emails have been unanswered (on 29th Jan and 2nd Feb). The order was for card blanks and because of the cost of shipping I added a few small extras. I did not get the cards - the most expensive item - so bought about £4 worth of stuff and paid £3.43 shipping, which I would never have done if I had been given the choice. Making an order on 10th Jan and finding stock unavailable on the 29th not really satisfactory. And still waiting for a refund not satisfactory either.
