“Overall, once room error sorted out, is a good place...”

Good Points
When they got our room type wrong (should have been Superior) they upgraded us to the Executive Suite for rest of stay at no extra charge. Standard room and bathroom are too shabby and too small for 2 adults and a 9yr old child. Superior rooms and bathrooms MUCH better so worth the extra bit of money to uprade. Location is excellent, in the Jewellery Quarter, near the River and Patpong market. Good restaurants nearby, good shopping, livens up at night-time.

Bad Points
Bathroom in Standard room is too shabby and old, needs redoing so it matches the Superior standard as this is what people expect today. Food is OK, better to eat in the Hotel Bar next door.

General Comments
Overall, once room error sorted out, is a good place to stay in a Superior room (they also have inter-connecting rooms for families), in a decent part of the city. We plan to come back next year and stay here again. Plenty to do and places to eat out, a good area to be in, which is clean.
