Good Points
Easy to arrange.

Bad Points
No intention of paying out on simple claim. Refused to payout a simple claim due to late police report even though I was on a 48 hour boat journey at the time. Small print appears to make most claims impossible to make.

General Comments
Don't risk it. Insurance is about peace of mind...

it appears their car insurance is the same.

i thought my son and girlfriend were well covered ( review 9) but their claim was scuttled by small print .
