Good Points
Good sound and no faults in transit

Bad Points
Very difficult to understand how to upload excetera

General Comments
We have three Ipod shuffles in our household and all three went down at once with the orange and green lights flashing alternately depicting an error. I took them back to the place we bought them from and got two of them replaced the other was 30 days past its warranty. Hope these will be ok.
