Good Points
Cheap,easy to book, if you need to pay you seem to be able to get through to them.

Bad Points
Customer service is an absolute disgrace, I wanted to add meals to my flight and was willing to pay, phoned ten times and left on hold, two e-mails, no reply, when finally spoke to a human being they promised to phone back within 15 minutes, yeah right.

General Comments
If you want cheap travel, fine, if you want help and want to sort it out with someone, then don't bother. Customer service does not exist with this company, and I would not book with this lot again.
