The complaints department is computer generated.
The DVD's I had selected did not arrive on time.
I would only receive one DVD at a time after joining the 2 DVD at home membership.
Only the DVD's at the bottom of my priority list would be delivered.
General Comments
After a month, the Screen Select online DVD rental service has slowed down a great deal. What is really annoying is that the complaints department is computer generated, and there are no customer relations. Despite the 38 DVD's I have selected, I would only receive DVD's (when they do eventually send them) at the bottom of my priority list. I think it's back to the local Blockbuster and choosing the DVD I would like to watch on that day.
