Good Points
Good suction - even after 8 years

Bad Points
Plastic bits break far too easily. It is heavy and awkward to use on stairs - the hose does not reach the highest stairs.

General Comments
The cleaner does what it says on the box - BUT - in my opinion it has been designed to disintegrate over time. The cable has broken internally (twice); The carrying handle has broken; The extending hose has been replaced twice and bits of plastic have fallen off at regular intervals. The plastic is far too thin.
