Bad Points
Paid for item that has never been delivered.
Unhelpful call centre.

General Comments
I ordered and paid for an MP3 player on the new in store ordering system at Woolworths. It was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks later at a cost of £6 (it was only supposed to take 3-5 days!). The item never turned up despite calls to the recommended call centre. The staff there were pretty clueless and it took a couple of calls before somebody even bothered to contact me. Despite telling me that the item had been lost by parcel force, I have yet to be told when the item will turn up, if at all. Nothing wrong with the shop, just be wary of this new ordering system. (That's coming from an employee!)
