Complete Waste Of Time And Money. Hopefully They D
Complete waste of time and money. Hopefully they don't produce these anymore. Flame goes, then the gas valve, then the fan... it's only 4 years old. It's as though it was designed to fall to pieces. Back to the bank account to pay for a new boiler and I will not be getting one of these.

Hi I have performa 30 he the water does not get very hot anymore new hot water heat exchanger fitted any ideas what the problem might be?
Potterton Promax FSB 30 HE - Problems with persistent Flame Failure. Plumber mentioned on the phone this morning that the boiler could be overheating. Had problems with explosive ignition but now fixed. Could anyone tell me how to repair an overheating problem? Thank you.
