General Comments
Once I finished Enchanted, Inc., I HAD to read Once Upon Stilettos. This novel by Shanna Swendson is a delightful sequel to Katie Chandler's initiation into the NYC world of magic and sorcery. And more magical corporate espionage, and more of Owen, the hunky sorcerer we met in the first books.



Katie's Texas parents visit the City. How on earth will Katie explain her job and all the paranormal goings-on to them? By distracting them, and the one thing Katie's mom loves to do is go shopping, and Katie is seduced into buying a magnificent pair of red stilettos.



Once Upon Stilettos is a wonderful book, well-plotted and humorous, with all the heartache we all face, and most of the joys as well. Ms. Swendson has crafted two very fine novels and I heartily recommend them both. Read Enchanted, Inc. first for the best entertainment value.
