Good Points
Print quality. Duplex unit, and print web screen to page facility. It has very good photo quality on coated (laser) paper.

Bad Points
Instructions could be clearer.

General Comments
Having owned this Epson Aculaser C1100 printer for some time, an annoying "fault" had me contacting Epson UK. Upon switch on, it would announce "Service req" with an error number that indicated a Fuser fault. On contacting Epson, they seemed dismayed that their product was causing hastle. They sent an engineer the following day to sort the problem. In fact it turned out that there was no fault. The printer had been plugged into an extention lead with a surge arrester and, this was the problem.

The service and speed of Epson's support is in my opinion, second to none.
