Terrible Practices
Buyer be ware! We made our reservations at the Miramar Hotel 6 months before arrival but 1 week before arrival they transferred our reservation to another hotel because they were supposedly “overbooked”... but we were there first and should have higher priority! And we only found this accidently by reviewing our credit card. Upshot... lower grade room yet at the same price. We will never book at Miramar Hotel again.
