Good Points
Great functions, handwriting recognition, PDA functions. Excellent sound quality

Bad Points
Not sure about flip, difficult to master! Quite big!

General Comments
This is the best phone I have owned if not the biggest since my One2One Motorola M300! The PDA functions are excellent and are easy to synchronize. Having a 16MB memory card is very useful.

I thought using the stylus would be inconvenient but it is very simple and effective.

The thing that really stands out though is the sound quality is excellent (important in a phone don't you think?.

The thing that bugs me is whether to keep the flip on or off. If you keep it on the phone loses its smooth lines and sex appeal. If you remove it, it becomes problematic if you want to send a text message using one hand ie without the stylus. I'm not sure if using grubby fingers on the screen is a good idea. I find that when speaking on the phone it is too easy for your face to press on the touch screen and cut off the call.
