General Comments
I have never, in three years of insuring my car, been treated in a most horrible way as a customer as I was by Post Office Insurance. Customer services is nowhere near the level it should be, and they do not provide the services they claim they do. I have been overcharged for my insurance for the past three months, and they failed to notify me of the overcharge until I personally noticed. On top of it all, I have been trying to cancel my insurance and they won't do it, and instead keep taking my money . I am stuck in a rut and I really hope that people are able to read this review.
I wish I had never contacted Post Office Car Insurance. It has been the biggest mistake of my life!
