Caffe Nero Review

Good Points
It's really reasonable, and the atmosphere is lively.

Bad Points
The wireless service is extremely unreliable. You enter the shop and you never know if it's available. It's so different from Starbucks because it's very often cut off, and the staff have no idea about it.

General Comments
Cafe Nero has a lively atmosphere, but it doesn't appear to be very clean. You often find used dishes left for too long. The toilets aren't very clean either.

Most importantly, if you are on some business and you need to use the wireless internet service, NEVER expect it to work well. I have had so much messing and have had to go opposite to Starbucks.
