General Comments
Im on my second nova now the first being a 92 j 1.2 flar. That was my first car and had great times in it. I sold that 1 with 129000 miles on the clock and it never let me down. I now own a j 92 gsi thats is in great condition for its year, its been loved by the other people thats owned it and its getting the same from me. Yes the rides a bit hard unless u get better springs and its not going to win many beauty contests, but its a great car to drive, handles good, and its a lot of fun for the cash. With a few cheep engine mods it goes fast. People go on "my GTI's" or "my turbos a lot better thats yours" chose the novas gona be around a lot longer yet and that can only be good .

This is more of a question for help then a review. I have just purchased an f reg nova, and i would like to know what wheel and tyre dimensions i could fit on this car without adjusting the bodywork. I am only 16 and cannot afford to have the wheel arches done yet. Will lowering it have any effect? Any help in the slightest will be gladly appreciated. Thankyou.

You can stick 15s on with no trouble as long as you stay with a 49 mil off set any bigger and they will scrub ive got 195 45 15s with a 42 mil off set so i had to get the rear or the arches done they cost about 30 quid each side as for lowering 35 is ok the lower you go the ride gets hard dont forget to cut the bump stops or you will bottom ive not long had some koni shocks on front and rear they really do a good job worth every penny my e-mail is [email protected] if you have any tronble give us a bell
