Good Points
This phone looks good, and it is great when working.

Bad Points
I only had my LG clamshell phone for 4 months and then it went wrong. I was told it was a software problem, and I had to take the phone to the Carphone Warehouse to be reset. My nearest branch that could do this was 15 miles away (no good when you work all day and only have weekends free). I bought a new phone in the end. I have friends that also had this phone, and the same thing happened to them.

General Comments
I wouldn't buy an LG phone again, or recommend one to anyone. I know a lot of people have had problems with them. They are popular phones, but they don't seem to last long before going wrong.
