General Comments
Like another reviewer arrived 3pm at Haven Primrose Valley and waited until 3:30pm(check in time), given ticket 341, yes that's 340 other families to be checked in 1st. Sent to wrong reception (by staff) then it just got better. The linen store had ran out(don't worry sir some will be delivered to your caravan). 9:45pm my baby and toddler were overwhelmed by this. On entering our caravan it was clear it hadn't been cleaned(still full of previous guests rubbish, filthy carpets, oven and dirty beds! Went straight back and reported this (don't worry sir someone will be round to clean it). 11:45 am next day. It was in the middle of a swamp got the car stuck cleaned the van ourselves reported this got a £20 meal voucher. Went for evening meal 5:30pm had ran out of half the food I ordered then said it will be an hour (place was a third full at best). Swimming pool was really good, things for children to do were good if a little expensive. Didn't last the week, will never go again.
