General Comments
I found this software extremely frustrating. I can't comment on what it's like for copying disc to disc as I only used it to copy to the hard drive and then convert to xvid so that I could save onto my zen vision-m. At first look the controls seem straight forward but when i tried changing quality settings etc i ran into loads of problems. The help manual is useless and the online tutorial does not seem to exist. I managed to copy a few dvds but three of them had awful picture quality and i could not use them (frustrating after 90 minutes conversion time each). If I asked it to record the entire disc including all extras often it would miss out files and sometimes when I asked it to copy the film only it would copy one of the short films from the extras instead.
